Stars and Stripes Special

This free event will be held at the train museum in Calera this coming Saturday, June 28.

Train departures begin at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

A FREE train ride for active military and veterans (with ID) when accompanied by one other passenger on that day. In partnership with the Dixie Division of Military Vehicles that day, there will be a showcasing of a 1952 M38 Jeep, a 1953 M38A1 Jeep, and a military equipment and uniform display with reenactor David Stabler. The diesel-electric locomotives used on our train are both Korean War Vets as well!
