This circle focuses on empowering you to prioritize your own well-being by acknowledging the gravitational pull of those you support. Through a guided exercise, we will explore how to set healthy boundaries and create space for self-nourishment, allowing you to temporarily release your "orbit" and ignite your inner sun, shining brightly from a place of renewed energy.

Sacred Circle Details: Each circle is an intimate event that allows us to learn, share, be seen and heard, and support one another in a safe and sacred space. In order to facilitate this atmosphere, our circle size will expand no larger than 12 women.
Cost: Circles are now offered on a pay what you can scale. The valued price point is $45, but I understand that things happen month to month and don’t want you to miss out. Payment will now range to what you can pay between $25-$45.
