About the event

Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

Join us for a relaxing experience: a class blending sound and yoga nidra ("sleep" in Sanskrit).

This 60-minute class will include an immersion of sound with a guided relaxation meditation for an experience that will leave you feeling balanced, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

Appropriate for all adults, this class doesn't require any movement. Dress in comfy clothes and bring any pillows, blankets, or other relaxation aids.
