*FREE* Chair Yoga

Join us at Yoga Zen for a FREE Chair Yoga class. Registered participants only - spots are limited!

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using the chair for balance.

Appropriate for all abilities and beginners. Dress comfortably in clothes you can move in.

This FREE class is made possible by a grant from the Michigan Fitness Assocation which allows Yoga Zen to offer accessible / free classes in our community while still compensating instructors for their work.

Spots are limited, registration required through the "tickets" link.
