SUP Yoga

Like chocolate and peanut butter, Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) and Yoga are a perfect match. Rocktown Adventures and Namaste Studios have partnered to offer SUP Yoga classes. It is easier to do than you think! :) And it is a great way to end the workday.
