Conscious connected breathwork with Stef Williams

This Friday 13th June at 6.30pm we have a conscious connected breathwork session guided by Stef Williams. It’s a 90 minute session including an opening and closing circle and some integration advice. By consciously breathing we can open a portal to stillness, healing, connection and even altered states of consciousness. What can Conscious Connected Breathwork offer you? The ability to reduce stress and anxiety – Releasing stress, suppressed / repressed emotions and feelings. Opening into expanded awareness and potential – detoxification of the body – inner peace and stillness – increased energy and focus – improved sleep – improved digestion.

The whole workshop will include an explanation of the technique, guided meditation, Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, finishing with gentle integration and sharing.
