Reiki Infused Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

In this specialized Restorative Yoga Practice, find deeper relaxation and healing as we combine Reiki with supported passive-poses. Give yourself permission to relax, unwind, and settle into peace during this 2 hour experience. As you rest in restorative yoga poses, you'll receive the gift of Reiki healing as you soften and are lulled by the sweet sounds of a vibrational sound bath. What a lovely way to begin a weekend. No experience necessary, all are welcome.
