التقديم لاختبار إجادة اللغة اليابانية 2025 بالقاهرة بتنظيم لجنة إدارة اختبار إجادة اللغة اليابانية

- تاريخ وموعد الاختبار: 7 ديسمبر 2025 (الأحد)، من الساعة 10:00 صباحًا
*يختلف موعد انتهاء الاختبار حسب المستوى.
- مكان الاختبار: سيتم الاعلان عنه في وقت لاحق
- كيفية التقديم
(1) الخطوة الأولى: التقديم أونلاين عبر الإنترنت.
فترة التقديم أونلاين: 10 أغسطس (الأحد) الساعة 10:00 صباحًا – 14 أغسطس (الخميس) الساعة 3:00 عصرًا
* سيتم الإعلان عن روابط التقديم الساعة 10:00 صباحًا، 10 أغسطس (الأحد)
*ستستلم رسالة تأكيد عبر الإيميل تُرسَل تلقائيًا للتأكيد على وصول استمارة التقديم. إذا لم تصلك الرسالة، برجاء التحقق من صندوق سبام (صندوق الإيميلات غير المرغوب بها)، إذا لم تكن موجودة برجاء إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى

*سنغلق التقديم قبل الموعد النهائي للتقديم إذا انتهى عدد المقاعد المتاحة في كل مستوى مع العلم أننا نقبل المتقدمين بأسبقية الحجز. لن يتم قبول طلبات التقديم المتعددة من قبل نفس الشخص.
(2) الخطوة الثانية: دفع الرسوم في مقر مؤسسة اليابان بالقاهرة (فقط من أتموا التسجيل الكترونياً يمكنهم دفع الرسوم. الدفع يكون نقدًا فقط)
*يجب على المتقدم للاختبار إحضار البطاقة الشخصية وصورتين شخصيتين (مقاس 3x4) عند الدفع.
*يمكن لشخص آخر القيام بدفع الرسوم بدلًا عن المتقدم للاختبار إذا كان يحمل صورة من البطاقة الشخصية للممتحن وصورتين شخصيتين (3x4) للممتحن.
*يجب على غير المصريين إحضار أصل جواز السفر ونسخة من الصفحة الأولى منه بالإضافة إلى الصورتين الشخصيتين (مقاس 3x4) عند الدفع. برجاء تسليم صورة جواز السفر عند الدفع.

- ملاحظات مهمة:
•بعد دراسة متأنية لبيئة الاختبار والتدابير المضادة لحالات الغش وسوء التصرف، تم اتخاذ قرار جمع جميع الأجهزة الإلكترونية (الهواتف، الساعات الذكية، التابلت) من الممتحنين قبل الاختبار وإرجاعهم بعد انتهاء الاختبار بالكامل. يمنع منعًا باتًا استعمال الممتحنين لأجهزتهم الإلكترونية، وسيعتبر استخدام الممتحن لأي جهاز الكتروني خلال الاختبار أو فترات الراحة بين فقرات الاختبار غشًا ولن يكمل الاختبار.
•في حالة عدم القدرة على التأكد من الاسم عند دفع الرسوم، يمكن مطالبتك بتقديم رسالة التأكيد.
• يمكن للطلبة الملتحقين بدورات اللغة اليابانية لمؤسسة اليابان بالإسكندرية الدفع واستلام نتائج الاختبار من خلال أساتذتهم في الدورات.
• يمكن للطلبة الملتحقين بالجامعة المصرية اليابانية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا الدفع واستلام نتائج الاختبار من خلال أساتذتهم في الجامعة.
• نقبل المتقدمين للاختبار من خارج مصر، ويتوجب إحضار أصل جواز السفر وصورة منه لتسليمها أثناء الدفع. يرجى العلم أن كل الاجراءات للسفر ودخول مصر هي مسؤولية المتقدم.
• يرجى التقدم للاختبار فقط إذا كنت متأكد من أنك ستدفع رسوم الاختبار، وذلك نظرًا لأن عدد الممتحنين لكل مستوى محدود جدا.
• لن يتم استرداد المال بعد دفع رسوم الاختبار والتوصيل لأي سبب من الأسباب
• في حالات نادرة لن يتم قبول طلبك للتقديم. في هذه الحالة ستبلغك لجنة الاختبار بذلك في أسرع وقت ممكن وقبل 31 أغسطس 2025.
• لن يتم قبول الطلبات المقدمة خارج الفترة المحددة أو طلبات التقديم المتعددة من قبل نفس الشخص.
• هناك احتمالية لإلغاء الاختبار في أي وقت وهذا سيكون نتيجة لظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. في حالة إلغاء الاختبار، سيتم إبلاغ المتقدمين الذين قاموا بدفع المبلغ كاملاً بالإلغاء وسيتم رد الرسوم لهم.
• هناك ترتيبات خاصة للممتحنين ذوي القدرات الخاصة. للتفاصيل يرجى التواصل مع لجنة الاختبار على (

Application for the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) 2025 in Cairo, administrated by Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Administration Committee
Please read the below details carefully. (All the dates and times below are in Egypt time.)

*Ending time differs depending on the level.
- Test Site: Will be announced later.
- How to Apply:
(1) First Step: Online Application
Online Application Period: August 10 (Sunday) 10:00 AM ― August 14 (Thursday) 03:00 PM, 2025
*Online application links will be posted at 10:00 AM, August 10 (Sunday)
*Once your application is sent, you will receive an autoreply email with the confirmation of your application. If you did not receive the confirmation, please check your [Spam] folder. If you are unable to locate the email there, kindly send us an email at

*The application will be closed earlier if the number of applicants reaches the full capacity of the applied level based on first-come-first-served basis. Please note that multiple applications by the same persons will not be accepted.
(2) Second Step: Test Fee Payment at the Japan Foundation, Cairo (ONLY those who completed the online application can pay the fees. Payment will be in cash only)
* Please bring your national ID and two photos (3cm×4cm) with you at the time of payment.
* If you ask someone to make the payment for you, they must bring a photocopy of the applicant's ID instead of the original ID, along with two photos (3cm×4cm) for the applicant.
* Non-Egyptians are required to bring their passport, a copy of the first page of their passport and two photos (3cm x 4cm). Please submit the passport copy during payment.

- Mail Service: Test Result and Certificate delivery service is available by mail. Those who want to use this service will pay additional fee at the time of the test fee payment. Delivery fees are as follows:

- Important Notes:
• After careful consideration of the test environment and countermeasures against misconduct, it was decided that in JLPT 2025 December test, all electronic devices will be collected from examinees before the test and returned after all test sections are completed. Examinees are strictly prohibited from using their electronic devices. Any use of any electronic device during the test or during the breaks between test sections will be considered misconduct and the examinee will not complete the test.
• You may be asked to show the confirmation email for the online application if your name is not on the applicants’ list.
• Applicants enrolled in the Japan Foundation Japanese Language Courses in Alexandria can pay the fees and receive the test results through their course instructors.
• Applicants enrolled in Egypt-Japan University for Science and Technology (E-JUST) can pay the fees and receive the test results through their university teachers.
• Applicants coming from outside of Egypt can apply for JLPT in Cairo. However, please follow all the requirements for entering Egypt at your own responsibility. Also, please bring your passport and a copy of its first page for submission during payment.
• Please do not apply if you are not willing to proceed to the test fee payment due to the limited number of seats.
• No refunds will be given for any personal reasons after payment of the test fees and result delivery fee.
• In rare cases, your application will not be accepted after it is sent. In such case, the Committee will inform you as soon as possible by August 31, 2025.
• Applications made outside the designated period or multiple applications by the same person will result in non-acceptance.
• JLPT in Cairo can be cancelled at any time due to any unavoidable situations. In case JLPT in Cairo is cancelled, applicants who completed the payment will be informed of the cancellation and fees will be returned.
• There are special testing accommodations for examinees with disabilities. For details, please inquire to the Committee:
