Come as you are — in your pyjamas, with a warm drink in hand — and join us under the moonlight for gentle, honest conversations about the emotional, physical, and spiritual changes we navigate in midlife.
This is not a workshop.

It’s a safe, soulful space to name the things we often keep hidden — the ugly bits of hormonal transition — and reclaim our stories with softness, strength, and shared wisdom.

A tender exploration of changing intimacy, desire, and body connection. The new moon offers stillness to honour what’s shifting within.

The Invisibility Cloak
What happens when society stops seeing us — and how we begin seeing ourselves again. The full moon calls us to be witnessed and reclaim our power.
