MPLX G&P presents Sean Carney's Blues For A Cure 2025 Harrison County

MPLX Gathering and Processing presents the Fourteenth Annual Sean Carney's Blues For A Cure 2025 – Harrison County. A Free Public Concert to be held Friday (6pm start) June 27 and Saturday (4pm start) June 28, 2025, at The Mark Stage at Sally Buffalo Park, 43000 Industrial Park Rd., Cadiz, Ohio. The proceeds benefit WVU Harrison Community Hospital Foundation and the Harrison County Cancer Crusaders. Since inception, this annual charity concert event has raised over $300,000 for the local area. Blues For A Cure, has raised over $450,000 since Sean Carney started the fund in 2007.

Headlining the event is John Nemeth & The Blue Dreamers. Also in the lineup is the amazing JP Soars Gypsy Blue Revue featuring Anne Harris. Rounding out the lineup is Jimmy Adler and his band from Pittsburg, and the hot Blues Rock Band Electric Mud from New Philadelphia, Ohio. Of course, sitting in and sharing Emcee duties will be event namesake, 2007 IBC Guitar Champion Sean Carney. Always a crowd favorite the incredibly talented Jake Friel from Canton, Ohio.

This Blues For A Cure concert will serve as the CD Release of Blues Cures 16, the sixteenth CD in the series of Live Studio Jams with the artists who've been a part of our concerts over the years. Among the artists featured on this release along with Sean Carney are Sean Chambers and the Savoy Brown Rhythm Section, Scotty Bratcher Band, Miss Freddye Stover's Blues Band, Noah Wotherspoon and Jake Friel. The CDs will be available as a free gift for a minimum $10 donation.

This event is BYOB. Food, water and soda will be available for purchase from on site food vendors. Please bring your lawn chairs, sun tents and blankets.

Proceeds from this event will benefit WVU Harrison Community Hospital and Harrison County Cancer Crusaders.
