This is a fun, flash mob type dance. It's also a universal Kate Bush dance routine from the infamous Wuthering Heights song originally performed by Kate Bush.
This event will see a sea of red and black as 'dancers' don their best red frock, and black accessories to raise money for The Charlie Teo Foundation who specailise in brain cancer research.
Our local op-shops are a great resource to buy that new red outfit!
One of our dancers, Nina, is living with this awful disease. She was initially diagnosed in 2013 and her third brain surgery was conducted in mid 2020 by Dr. Charlie Teo in Sydney after Neurosurgeons here in WA gave her approximately 2 weeks of life.
Nina will be joining her incredible yoga group - Pash Yoga - and Busselton Senior Citizen's Zumba group to entertain you to lighten up your Saturday morning.
The start times and venues are as follows:
10am at Busselton Foreshore (in front of The Shelter Brewing Co)
10.45am at Origin Markets
11.30am at Mitchell Park/Centerpoint
Come as you are or get together with a few friends to add to the fun and register to join the dance mob ($10) - link is below.
A link to the dance tutorial will be sent once you are registered.
Our hope is to raise as much as we can, so we'd love you to come along and support us.
