You will then move onto a yoga vinyasa flow with Chloe. After a challenging but fun boxing session, your muscles deserve a deep stretch and mindful recovery—something yoga provides in abundance. This class is designed to lengthen your entire body, targeting tight areas often worked during boxing, such as your shoulders, chest, and core.
Your body will crave recovery, and that’s exactly what this yoga class provides. Yoga isn’t just a gentle stretch—it’s a dynamic practice that helps you balance the intensity of your boxing routine.
