Making Meaning with Robin Herne
Looking at the social role of religious scriptures and techniques for exegesis and eisegesis. Attendees are invited to bring their own preferred scripture/text.
Bio
Robin Herne is Course Leader for Sociology at the University and Professional Development Centre, as well as a storyteller, poet, artist, and broadcaster. Robin has published poetry, fiction, and academic work, and is a founding member of Clan Ogma and the Ipswich Pagan Council. He was also honoured as the first Chief Bard of the Fens. His lectures blend scholarship with creativity, bringing history and belief systems vividly to life.
