POLE BEGINNERS
Pole Beginners Classes
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM & Thursdays at 7:00 PM

Ready to start your pole journey? Our Beginners Pole classes are perfect for those brand new to pole fitness. In each session, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and learn foundational spins, grips, and transitions in a supportive, empowering environment.

What to Expect:
• No experience necessary
• Warm-up, technique instruction, and cool-down
• Focus on body awareness, confidence, and fun
• Suitable for all fitness levels

What to Bring:
• Shorts
• A tank top or sports bra
• Water bottle
• No lotions or oils on the day of class

Join us Tuesdays at 6 PM or Thursdays at 7 PM—come as you are and start your pole journey strong!
