Gentle Wings Yoga is a slow-flow class designed to help you move mindfully, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. This 60-minute practice blends floor and standing postures with longer holds to gently build strength, improve balance, and increase body awareness—all at a relaxed pace.
Just like a butterfly emerging, this class supports graceful transitions and a soft landing into stillness. It’s perfect for all experience levels and body types, including those seeking recovery, relaxation, or a gentle reintroduction to movement.
What to Expect:
