Anxiety & stress are endemic in our busy, fast-paced life. We tend to think that situations or people in our life are the causes of our stress & unhappiness. Consequently, we waste our time and deplete our mental energy by trying to figure out how to ‘fix’ those situations or people. This usually creates even more mental busyness & stress.
Buddha taught that all our worries, anxiety & stress comes from within our own mind. More specifically, they come from our unrealistic expectations and our exaggerated views of ourself, the people around us and the world in general. By learning to identify the actual causes of our unpleasant feelings and emotions, we can begin to understand how to free our mind from them and learn to face life’s adversities with a happy, peaceful heart.
Our workshops are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
