Intro to Collegiate Shag!

This is a 4 week course, which starts on August 5th.

Collegiate Shag is a dynamic partner dance from the Jazz Era. It is great for varying music tempos/ styles and can be mixed in with your Lindy Hop, Charleston and Balboa.

We will cover:
• Basic footwork patterns
• Partner connection
• Comfortably leading and following
• Essential moves

No previous dance experience required. No partner needed to sign up.

Class schedule:
Tuesday's, August 5, 12, 19, 26.
8:30-9:30pm

Location: 5365 Lane Street, Burnaby. There is free street parking available.
