Parking: There is free street parking

Entrance: On Hastings Street, Go up the stairs at ‘The Enterprise Center’ (TO THE LEFT OF ANYTIME FITNESS, directly across the street from 'Green and Oak'), take your first left, then walk straight down the hall to the studio on your right

WHAT TO BRING:

-Yoga mat (please contact us directly if you need to reserve one to rent)

-Blanket

-Pillow/cushion (recommended for extra comfort)

-Eye covering (optional)

-Journal & Pen

-Wear comfy clothing

We require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund

*Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in. DOORS OPEN AT 7:20PM. The session starts at 7:30pm and we cannot let you in once the session has begun (No refunds or credits for latecomers).

YOUR FACILITATORS FOR THIS JOURNEY:

Blythe Hubbard is a Certified Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Soundbath Practitioner. Through a blend of somatic healing, subconscious reprogramming, and emotional alchemy, she guides women to release fear, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their voice. Her sessions are deeply sacred, safe, and transformative.

Jules, the founder of Savasana, is a Breathwork facilitator and Reiki/Seichem energy healer with a deep passion to guide individuals on their path towards healing and self-transformation. Her calling to create Savasana was ignited in 2020 during her time in Bali, where she immersed herself in practices that helped her work through anxiety and past trauma. After discovering the power of Breathwork and meditation, and the profound impact it had on her life; she discovered her purpose was to bring the essence of Bali to Vancouver through a more accessible & mainstream approach, and create a safe space for individuals break through their barriers, let go, find release, and experience healing.
