Join this cohort where each week we'll have a new co-host share their zone of creativity and engage us in new points of view. Watch how your perspectives around art, astrology, poetry, drama, and yourself shifts.

Each week we'll be led by coach Maria along with a co-host from the community who will share their creative passions -- to give us new and exciting perspectives and experiences around the way we connect to ourselves, the world, others, and nature -- through art, drama, poetry and so much more.

About Your Host Maria

"I love being on the water in my kayak, sharing conversations with both new friends and old ones, and taking in art and theatre performances. I’m always up for trying something new, and I rarely leave home without a book, a pen, and a journal".

• We are in a large, bright room on the first floor, there's a busy road outside (it may get noisy, headphones welcome if you’re sound-sensitive).
• Accessible washroom onsite.
• Limited parking available behind the building; more street parking nearby in the residential area.
