Marcia and Minke will guide you toward what is awakening within. We summon our loving ancestors to witness and accompany our journey of remembering our pure life force, gifted to us as our natural, vital, and s*xual energy.

Through 5Rhythms® dance and Tao Tantric Arts, including Qigong, we enter an experiential journey that weaves individual exploration with shared group connection, held within a compassionate container.

We answer the call of what serves our embodied presence in these times.

This is a springtime homecoming to our energetic, luscious birthright, anchored in movement and dance.

No prior experience is needed. All genders are welcome.

Minke de Vos
Minke de Vos, Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor and Medical Qigong Master Therapist, has devoted over 40 years to practising and teaching meditative, healing and movement arts. She is co-founder of "Shakti Temple" trainings and author of “Tao Tantric Arts for Women”. She is internationally known as one of the top teachers of Qigong and Sacred Sexuality.
