What does it really take to build a rehearsal room (or backstage environment) where people feel safe enough to take risks? This interactive workshop is designed specifically for Burlington Players to explore how brave space culture can elevate your art—and your ensemble.
Together, we’ll:
Define what a brave space is and how to foster one in rehearsal and backstage
Learn tools for boundaries, feedback, and resilience
Practice compassionate advocacy—how to speak up for yourself with clarity and care
Expect hands-on exercises, thoughtful discussion, and a personal action plan you can use right away. Take-home tools included for continued learning.
