Workshop 1: Active Allyship in the Arts
This interactive session dives into what it really means to be an active ally in creative spaces. Together, we’ll:
Practice upstander intervention through a theater-specific lens
Build your own actionable roadmap for real-time allyship
Explore your affinity gaps and how to challenge bias with intention
Expect hands-on exercises, honest conversation, and take-home tools to help you lead with courage behind the scenes.
