Donation-Based Beach Yoga & Sound Bath at Lake Geode

Mother Moon Yoga is helping out Friends of Geode for the summer! On the last Sunday in June, Heather is helping, too!

We have a special class coming up!
Heather Dalhoff from Humble New Beginnings will be teaming up with Rachel to help offer a unique experience on the beach!

Participants will first enjoy a Yoga class with Rachel for about 40 minutes. Then, Heather will play a variety of sound healing instruments while Rachel guides everyone through relaxation and meditation.

Class is donation based. Simply give what you can!
All proceeds benefit the Lake Geode Concession Renovation Project.
Class starts at 10am and will last about 1 hour.

It is suggested to bring a large beach towel or blanket rather than a yoga mat for this event.

Bring a friend, some water, anything else you need for the elements (sun, bugs, etc.), and get ready to have fun!
