Art Show and Yoga Class - Art & Asana

All levels are welcome to this immersive experience of art and movement! A beautiful way to nourish the body, mind, and soul while supporting our local community. Flow through yoga poses (asanas) surrounded by inspiring works from some of Alamance's amazing artists, blending the emotional resonance of art with the healing power of movement. Explore how creativity and physical expression together can uplift, restore, and connect us.

After class, stay for the art show, sip some wine, chat with the artists, and maybe even take home a piece that speaks to you. It’s more than a class, it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and well-being.

The yoga class begins at 5:00 pm. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get comfortable and settled. Extra yoga mats are available if you’d like to borrow one. Registration is not required, but it will guarantee your spot.

The Art Show is free and starts at 6:00 pm. Come meet the artist, enjoy a glass of wine, and spend a relaxed Saturday night surrounded by creativity and inspiration.
