Aerial for Teens!

Aerial yoga is a dynamic and engaging practice that combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft aerial hammock. This unique form of exercise offers a fun and creative way for kids/teens (ages 8+) to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness while enhancing their physical and mental well-being.

Beyond the physical benefits, aerial yoga encourages mindfulness, self-expression, and confidence. It provides a safe space for them to connect with themselves and others, fostering a sense of community and support. Whether they’re looking to improve their athletic performance, relieve stress, or simply have fun, aerial yoga offers a holistic approach to wellness 🌸

Parent/gaurdian, you are welcome to come and watch or book yourself a spot and come swing + learn with them ❤️
