Hoola Hoop 101
This class invites you to drop into breathe deep, and reconnect to your body with playful, flowing movement. You'll learn foundational hoop tricks, explore creative transitions, and be gently guided into your personal flow state-- that meditative, feel-good space where movement becomes effortless and freeing.
No experience needed -- just an open heart and willingless to move.
Ages 12+

When: Sat, July 19th at 130pm
Cost: $33 nonmembers, $15 members
