Own Your Space: Self-Defense for Confidence and Safety

It isn't just about fighting—it's about owning your space and standing strong. In this series, you will learn how to spot red flags, use your voice and body to stay safe, and practice real self-defense moves in a supportive and upbeat setting. Come ready to move and have fun while building real-life skills!

Led by the Black Wing Collective.

This is a teen program for ages 12-18.
