Tracy Jouhning
Tracy is an experienced Wellbeing Therapist with over two decades of experience in holistic healing, including Reiki, Bach flower remedies, and a unique personality awareness model. She also teaches T’ai Chi Chih, a meditation rooted in Qigong. Her work honours each clients journey towards self discovery and healing.
Emma Weaver
Emma is a Forest Bathing Guide and Certified Meditation Teacher with 20+ years experience as a Holistic Practitioner. Emma is passionate about guiding others to find inner peace and balance through mindful immersion in nature.
