Sound Bath at American School of Martial Arts

Join us for a relaxing evening at the American School of Martial Arts!

Experience the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath on Fri, May 30th at 6:30 PM. Let go of stress and tension as you immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate after a long week. No experience with sound healing is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax.

Please bring a yoga mat, and whatever else you need to feel comfortable.

If you'd like to take the Chi Kung Stretch and Strengthen class prior to the sound bath from 5:30-6:30 by Master Yumi you will recieve a discount for both the class and sound bath at $40.

Non members and members welcome!

Chi Kung involves coordinated body-posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class will help you with self healing, relaxation and helping your energy flow. Chi Kung is sepxcially good for those also training in Tai Chi or Push Hands.
