This month's Full Moon is a super special one because it falls in the earthy sign of Capricorn AND it's Lifted’s 4th annual Full Moon Gathering and Float AND we'll be announcing the winner of our Summer Moon Raffle contest!!
We're headed to Two Rivers Park located at 213316 E Finley Rd, to gather under this magical Full Moon, pick the raffle winner, do some ritual work, a fire ceremony and some yoga movement. Afterwards, you can join a few of us in hitting the water and floating around the inlet at Two Rivers Park to watch the full moon rise over the water! Bring your own paddle board, kayak, or any other safe floating device to join in the full moon floating fun! These will not be provided. Any question can be texted to 509-591-5190.

Come gather on the Full moon and allow yourself to soak up the healing light this Moon has to offer! You’ll be guided through Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, a sequence of asanas or postures that cool you down and open you up to the Moon's magic plus other enchanting Moon practices. With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do!
5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.
There will be a releasing ceremony where we will be invited to write down what we no longer want in our lives and use the cleansing power of fire and sage to release it into the universe.
