Free Yoga Night with Susana Yoga (BYO Yoga Mat)

Our gentle and beautiful Yoga class will be run by qualified Yoga Instructor Susana Salleh-Weekes and is suitable for beginners and people of any age.
The 1 hour free class will teach you Vinyasa Yoga, incorporating face, Kundalini, somatic, meditation & breath-work/pranayama with an emphasis on the importance of foundation & safety first.
Held at Garfield Scout Hall, 1 Beswick St Garfield.
