Have you ever had something to say, but didn’t know how to find your voice — or didn’t feel confident enough — to say what really mattered to you?
Whether it’s one-on-one, in a group, or when speaking in front of a crowd, speaking up can be nerve-wracking!
If you are aged 12–25, you are invited to join us for a free, fun and creative workshop where your ideas come to life!
Build confidence | Feel Heard | Turn your voice into action
We’ll be joined by Becky Spruce — a dynamic trainer, who values each person in the room and honours what they bring to the conversation. This will be a worthwhile workshop for all young people. With her support, we’ll dive into hands-on activities, open conversations, and expert strategies to help you:
There are two sessions:
• Tuesdays Aug 26 & Sept 2
• 4pm to 6pm - pizza included!
• School of Arts, 184 Bourbong Street
• Free to attend
We have space for just 8–12 participants, so get in quick!
As a follow-up opportunity, participants will be invited to share their voices — either individually or as a group — at the upcoming Child Protection Week Dinner, to be held at The Waves Sports Club on September 12. Dinner will be sponsored for all workshop participants. Parents who wish to attend can purchase tickets separately.
