🎎 Cultural Activities & Workshops
Explore traditional and fun Japanese experiences with:
- Calligraphy, Origami, and Japanese Games
- Taiko On Drumming Workshops (try your hand at traditional drumming!)
- Blossom Photo Booth area by South West Japan Festival (SWJF)
- Marquees hosted by International Students

Enjoy a rich program of cultural and musical entertainment:
🕓 4:00–4:30pm – Taiko On live drumming performance
🕔 5:00–6:00pm – Special showcase by visiting students from Higashi Fukuoka, Japan:
• “Waltzing Matilda” (keyboard & vocals)
• Soran Bushi Dance Performance - Japanese students (Okaido Fisherman Song)
• Taiko, vocals, and music

🎬 Outdoor Film Screening – 7:00pm onwards
Wind down the night with a Japanese film (TBC) screened under the stars. BYO picnic rug and settle in with friends and family.
