Sound bath meditation is a guided vibrational journey designed to calm your nervous system, ease emotional tension, and bring your mind and body back into balance.

Your experience will begin with breath work, followed by 45 minutes of live sound healing while floating in our warm magnesium pool or relaxing poolside, followed by a herbal relaxation tea.

Whether you’re seeking better sleep, greater emotional clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, sound bath meditation offers a powerful opportunity to pause, reconnect, and recharge.

WATER or LAND OPTIONS

Float Option: Please wear swimwear as you will be in the pool during the entire session & you may get wet. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time

Land Option: Please wear comfortable, casual, loose-fitting clothing while relaxing poolside.

ARRIVAL TIME

You are invited to arrive up to 30 minutes before the session begins. Take this time to gently settle in, sip on a warming herbal tea, and allow yourself to become familiar with the peaceful surroundings.
