Struggling Productions presents Folk Night at Milkie's.
Join us Thursday, August 7th for an evening of Western New York folk and Erie Canal music featuring bands from Buffalo and Rochester.

The Travesties - Buffalo history folk rock
Featuring fiddler/ethnomusicologist Sally Schaefer and singer-songwriter/historian Tyler Bagwell with Paddy Jackson of Folkfaces on bass and Marc Smith of BTPM on drums.
Clinton's Folly - Rochester/CNY old-time folk aficionados
Featuring Dan Lynch (guitar/banjo/fiddle/ethnomusicologist), Clara Riedlinger (fiddle/old-time expert/square dance caller/photographer), and Allegra Whiting (cello/conservatory musician/rollerskater).
Heart Throbs String Band - Rochester folk, originals, & trad jazz
Featuring Gabi Kosoy and Sean Peak (original writing), Hannah Garfield and Micah Wiesner (stringbusting), and Dan Lynch (roaring vocals).
There will be fiddles, banjos, guitars, cello, songs of WNY and the Erie Canal for the bicentennial, and maybe even some square dancing. Mini old-time session to follow.
