What: Join us for a cozy warm classic vinyasa flow class. In this class, we'll move through gentle sequences, utilizing the breath to bring harmony and relaxation to your mind and body while improving strength and flexibility. This flow class offers a space to connect with yourself and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
