Come move your body! Dance and play! Art-sport! Facilitated warm-ups and skill-building activity followed by an open jam.

Explore gravity, momentum, weight, and the dynamics of moving bodies. Previous experience isn't necessary.

Please avoid wearing scents, such as perfume, scented body lotion, deodorant, strong soaps, etc.
