Rebecca shines a spotlight on the humble, rustic galette—an easy, versatile tart that can be sweet or savory, made with just a few simple ingredients and whatever produce is on hand. In GALETTE!, she shares customizable recipes that prove this freeform pastry is perfect for any season, any occasion.

During the event, you’ll get to sample two different galettes straight from the cookbook while hearing Rebecca share the inspiration behind her recipes, tips for making the perfect crust, and ideas for endless galette creativity.
