During this class you will learn:

Pro tips and tricks how to find and identify morel mushrooms.
Proper attire for walking the woods.
How to properly harvest morels.
What you can use for cleaning and storing morels.
The best way to cook morels.

This class will begin seminar-style. After many chances for Q&A we will end with a live cooking demonstration. Come prepared to learn.

Class price includes generous sampling of freshly prepared Mushroom Soup (using cultivated mushrooms). Printed recipe included. Glass of wine, beer, or non-alcoholic beverage included.
