Healing Yoga by Candlelight

Join me for this 90 minute event to relax and heal your body, mind, and soul! Gentle movement, deep stretching, meditation, and Reiki.

The class will start with intention setting and Reiki drumming and then move into Yoga. Wendy will offer Gentle Flowing Yoga followed by relaxing Yin Yoga along with meditation and Reiki healing throughout the evening. Class will conclude with an extended period for relaxation to include Reiki healing.
No experience needed. All are welcome!

Class limited to 6 participants so register early.
