Acroyoga at CRG Buffalo

Join us for a fun-filled Acroyoga workshop where we focus on balance, strength, flexibility, and communication! Acroyoga uses a lot of pushing muscles, so it is the perfect counter workout for all the pulling muscles we use in climbing! We will focus this class on a step-by-step progression that not only teaches acro poses, but also links them together in transitions! Beginners welcome!
