The Churning Point - Butter Making Class

Come shake it up and make some butter with us! Just in time for thanksgiving! We will learn about and churn up some butter. Together we will learn about the history and ways of home made butter. We will be working the mason jar method.

You will leave class with a glass saucer and dish for butter and bread, a mini loaf, your buttermilk, and a parting gift.

We will have tea, some sample bread, and flavored butters made using this method.
