Welcome to An Outdoor Ceremony of Cacao, Breath & Primal Movement! Join us at Mini-Blessings for a transformative experience connecting with nature and your inner self. Join Jenna Pfingston and Victoria Starr for a four-hour ceremonial immersion where cacao, transmormational breathwork, and primal movement converge in sacred rhythm. This is more than a workshop—it’s a portal of remembrance.

We open with ceremonial cacao—calling in the trees, the ancestors, and the land. Guided by Jenna’s instinctual voice and song, we awaken what longs to rise.

Then we move—nonlinear, somatic, wild. Through Primal Movement and shamanic imagery, you'll receive a sacred question to dance with. Let your body speak.

From movement, we breathe. In a conscious and transformational breathwork experience guided by Victoria, the breath becomes a bridge, the body becomes the oracle, and your truth leads the way.

We close in circle—with silence, song, and Satya (truth)—to honor the raw beauty of being fully, unapologetically alive.

Held at Mini Blessings, a sanctuary of forest, creek, and miniature horses—where nature speaks, ceremony lives, and your body becomes the altar. (15% of the jalaBlu abundance gifted to the sacred space of Mini Blessings.)
