I will be leading you in strengthening your Brazilian Zouk foundations and followers technique through training and choreography. 💪 Understanding the movement in your body is not only going to help your social dancing improve, but it is extremely empowering. Get 1 on 1 feedback, attention to detail, and let's grow!! Unite with other like minded dancers and take your dance to the next level! I am so excited for this season with you, babe! 🥰
Total season is 4.5 months (18 weeks)
✅️ Technique: We will train everything from Brazilian Zouk foundational footwork, body movements, lines, strength in balance, increase body awareness, understanding of head movements, tilted turns, and work from the ground up to develop your Zouk body, baby!!! For the first 10 weeks, we will include the technique to help develop you into the strongest version of yourself for this choreo!
✅️ Choreography: Put your technique training to the test! Improve timing, musicality, styling, and FEELING! Challenge yourself and learn a fun choreography, perform (optional), and make memories that last a LIFETIME. Choreography includes Brazilian Zouk foundations, head movements, different levels of choreography to push yourself , musicality, & personality!!!
