Children from Kindergarten - 13 years are invited to join one of our Kids Yoga Classes each week. Kids Yoga classes support all children to feel more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and place in the world.
Our child-centered approach encourages each child to discover more about themselves, through movement, breath, creativity, and mindfulness.
Enjoy one of our Kids Yoga Classes for only $15 per week.
Charmaine is our Kids Yoga expert. As a registered teacher with 20 years of experience, a qualified counsellor, and mother of two, Charmaine is here to support your child’s wellbeing.
Spaces limited, bookings essential. Casual bookings available where space permits for on $20 per class 🙏
