Everyone's invited to our Mindful Sea Dip for Mental Health Awareness Week!

Monday 12th May, 9:30pm - all ages welcome!

Mental Health Awareness Week is from 12th-18th May. We all have mental health and we all experience ups and downs as we navigate life’s demands.

The theme for this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is “COMMUNITY”.

So this year we want to gather our community for a free Mindful Sea Dip, guided by Neil Jenkins from Wild Spirits Wellness Studio. Neil will share some simple and practical tools to self regulate your nervous system when it feels under pressure - before we put them into practice during a dip in the sea, building your resilience to stress.

Then join us back at The Pearl Exchange for a cuppa and a chat!
