Yoga and Picnic @ Városliget // City Park

Join us for a soothing 60-minute yoga session in the heart of Városliget, designed to help you unwind and recharge both body and mind after a long day.

This open-level class welcomes everyone, regardless of age or experience — all you need is your mat and a little curiosity.

After our practice, we’ll gather for a relaxed picnic with healthy, homemade bites, where you can connect, chat, and enjoy the good vibes together.

The class and the picnic are donation based.

Tarts velünk egy nyugtató, 60 perces jógaórára a Városligetben, ahol lehetőséged lesz lelassulni, feltöltődni, és egy hosszú nap után újra összhangba kerülni önmagaddal.

Az órát mindenki számára nyitottan tartjuk – kortól, nemtől és jógás tapasztalattól függetlenül örömmel látunk!

A gyakorlás után pedig vár egy kötetlen piknik, finom, egészséges falatokkal és jó hangulatú beszélgetésekkel.
