Díszítések és zene
Ha már voltál áprilisban és májusban, dolgozzunk most tovább! Ha még nem, gyere fejlődni.
A workshop első felében felébresztjük a testünket: erősítünk, nyújtunk és mindenféle rotációs gyakorlatot tanulunk, dolgozunk a tartásunkon, hogy minél könnyedébben tudjuk majd használni a szabad lábunkat.
Azután pedig díszítésekkel foglalkozunk, és kipróbáljuk, mikor, hogyan válok izgalmassá (zenében!) ez a lehetőség. Vezetőknek és követőknek. Hogyan használjuk a díszítéseket mindkét szerepben. Nem szükséges partnert hozni, mindkét szerepet gyakorolni fogjátok.

Embellishments and musicality
If you were there in April and May let's continue working now! If not, come and improve.
In the first half of the workshop we will wake up our bodies: we will strengthen, stretch and learn all kinds of rotation exercises, we will work on our posture so that we can control easier our free leg in order to do the embellishments.
Then we will practice different types of adornments and see how we can do it to the music so it makes sense. For leaders and followers. How to use them in both roles. You'll practice both roles.
