Take a break from your research and join fellow PhD candidates for a chill day outdoors! We're heading out for an easy hike near Budapest, followed by a BBQ picnic. The perfect summer combo to connect, recharge, and enjoy Hungary’s nature.

📅 Date: Saturday, June 28, 2025
🕘 Time: 10:00 AM – ~3:00 PM
📍 Location: Szépvölgy Hills (near Budapest)

🕘 Meet at: 9:30 AM
📍 Meeting Point: Kolosy tér

Agenda:
We’ll catch bus 65 together to the trailhead, then walk ~5 km to the BBQ site.

About the event:
-Hike: Easy, beginner-friendly (~10 km total)
-What’s Happening: Hike + BBQ
-Who: PhD candidates in Hungary (all nationalities + fields welcome)
-Limit: Max 35 participants
-Important: Everyone must bring their own food for the BBQ!
