What to bring:
- a yoga mat or towel

Timing: kindly arrive by 18:20 so that we can greet you and you can settle in.

About the instructor:
Eszter teaches soulful yoga classes with a focus on creating space in the body and the mind. She has been facilitating yoga sessions and retreats for a decade and offers creative, dynamic yet gentle classes. Eszter is also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher.
